EDMONTON, CANADA (MMD Newswire) February 18, 2009 -- The Métis Nation of Alberta cordially invites our media friends to, once again, assist us in the promotion of positive role models for young Albertans.

With media support, our deserving young award winners will communicate an uplifting message of hope and achievement to their youthful peers throughout the province.

Their stories are compelling and inspirational. Many of our award winners, including outstanding university students, athletes, and young professionals, have overcome tremendous life challenges.
